Was looking through all the fotos at kc webshot.
and i've realised how much i've missed.
wanted to say sorry to all ppl who's bdae gathering i wasn't able to attend.

was really upset initially tt this dumb job has gradually distance me from my frenz.
maybe tt explain why all my colleagues hang out together. (coz they got no frenz?!)
but eversince a gathering dinner with my manager, i sorta figure out.
she took 5 yrs to become a manger n she told a few of us she din get to see her frenz at all for 2-3 yrs.
some of my colleagues din get to see their parents at all.

i'll juz hav to understand tt to every job there's pros & cons.
and these r juz the downside of the job.
i'll juz hav to accept it.
let's see how long i can withstand this job then.

currently on leave for a wk.
but i din do anithing.
with parents away in taipei, i shld wreck havoc in the house...
but all i do is either lay on the bed or pacing up and down.
yes, din do much cleaning, gaming nor watch my favourite dramas.
and i juz refuse to sleep early but woke up everyday without fail at 7am.
really reacting abnormally.
thus, i'm really tired everyday.

i wonder will we still be together when we reach the age of 30?
i m anticipating tt at tat time, we'll most probably need a web cam + mic to attend our own christmas gatherings though coz most of us will be scattered across the globe.
and our chat topics will be "how's u and ur family?" instead of a "how r u?".

alot of my frenz n colleagues ard our age have got married not long ago.
who will be the first in our grp to tie the knot?
i'm really excited to noe~
but a note the rest abt being bridesmaids:-

alright, a little bit abt wat happen to me in the past few months~

it's not much..

besides slogging till its almost dawn, "diao-ing" my manager until he's now mindful of the way he speaks to me, scolding my client and making them stay back with me, there's not much..

life's pretty boring as an auditor.

it's juz continuous war - war against time, war against client and war against manager.

I went phuket during october for company trip.

not exactly a wise choice coz it's monsoon at phuket.

and after the tsunami, the beaches r not as pretty animore.

even the color of the sea resembles singapore sea.

and i'm pretty sure tat there's some weird disesase spreading out there.

coz a lot of my colleagues were very sick even before we came back to singapore.

some of them hav to go hospital..

myself was sick for more than a week.

vomitting, fever and the usuals.

the virus was terrible coz i spread to my family too..

n it's through food sharing.

neva heard food poisoning was contageniuos.

even my doctor commented that this virus was sth different.

although it was not the best trip, i had fun exploring the place.

at least i noe wat's the diff between sexy show n tiger show now.

always tot that tiger show was a tiger circus show..

parents went to visit my uncle in the hospital.
my brother has not been home for days.

my head is spinning out of control.
due to the lack of sleep last nite.
and my back aches like hell.

the quiet environment makes me feel even worse.
i felt so alone.
it is sometime amazing tat despite my age, I can still be overwhelmed by loneliness.
i would have expected myself to be more independent.

one tat can provide a shoulder for someone to lean on when needed.
which, i m sadly admit, I m not.

days ago, i had the "honor" to deal with a "witch" in the company.
dun undertsand how some ppl can be so happy when they r sarcastic and unhelpful to others.

I FINALLY FINISH READING HARRY POTTER!
the book is really exciting.
in my opinion better than all other bks in the series.
the humour, the action, the suspense.
the combination of the element is juz rite.
was a bit sad tt it was the last bk.
i thought the ending could be a few more page longer to tell how the other characters was doing.
eg luna lovegood.

had the most hectic day yesterday.
2 jap lessons n a convocation ball at nite.
it's really rushing n rushing throughout the day.
lucky i still hav a great time.
the food's great! (for vegetarian food only)
haha.
an advise, if u hav dinner at fullerton, order vegetarian food coz the non-vegetarian food is not NICE.
u dun wan to pay so much for horrible food do u!

i recall the time when i juz enter uni.
i really wish i could finish it asap.
hate the ridiculous tons of work given.
hate tt i m always lost.
hate tt i m always rushing for datelines.
hate presentations.
but when i finally graduate, i kinda miss uni life.
miss the food.
miss doing project with great team mates.
miss rushing to lectures with my friends.

i'm starting to miss everyone.
i wonder why.
it's only been a short while.
missing the time tt we had at botanic garden esp.
it was like turning back time to the days we used to have during sec. sch.
wonder when i can meet u all again once i started my job assignment...

and i'm really thankful for tt.
i really apprecaite all the things happening ard me.
and the wonderful ppl tt i've met.

wat's worst is i've been assigned to a job tt out of the 5 ppl assigned to it last yr, 4 quitted immediately after the job.

Plans for upcoming outing/gatherings:

3) sze man's bar
4) first 208 overseas trip

i'm not sure of the 4th one coz the number of ppl tt support this idea is still unknown.
but according to the last dicussion we had, the destination is currently set at hokkaido.
time will be probably set at sometime next yr after the graduation of the last batch of 208s.
this idea is still open to more suggestions n discussions.

the ubin trip yesterday was quite fun~
it was a totally diff kind of 208 outing~
n u get to explore and experience diff kinda things~
such as plants, animals and the test of one's limit~

i really enjoy cycling thru the woods~
the air was fresh and i feel so free~
except the time that i had to cycle upslope...
the scenery was splendid~
it was quite some time tat i had such a fun outdoor activity.
gg wid 'walking encyclopedias' (joyce n ellie) makes the trip a more knowledgeable and interesting one~

perhaps we should include more of these outing to get to noe each other even better~

relaxation isn't all abt indulgence in luxury,
basking in nature is also a form of relaxation too!

today decided to be lazy for once.
i'll write straight away in english!

think i've been giving myself too much pressure lately.
pressure to learn jap.
sounds ridiculous rite.
coz i have less than 5 mths to finish my syllabus for jlpt 2.
not to mention i juz started on the jlpt 2 syllabus only (40 chapters in total).
n seriously, it is not easy.
most of the time, i find myself wondering wat m i learning.

my tutor's conversation training wid me has progress from what i have eaten today to how is the economy doing now...
i feel i m gg crazy soon..
n i m learning japanese cheng yu(成语）and yan yu（言语）！
maybe coz i m squeezing a lot of knowledge into what little time that i have..
feels like i'm suffocating..

this week is no rest either.

expressing one's opinion is being branded as disrespectful towards elders in my family.
keeping quiet and accepting other's opinions is regarded as "u r so directionless & indecisive".
i hate it when education totally conflict with our "asian culture".

i mean when elders r tells u to jump from the building, it's senseless to follow wat they say rite.
n my dad has to insist juz follow wateva is said.
i dun mean to be disrespectful but it's irrational & illogical to blindly follow wat ppl say.
n he claimed tat i'm a typical result of singapore's education.
coz chinese culture is to blindly follow.

juz watched finish kdrama - dal ja's spring~

apart from the fact tat

1) one of the main actor, lee minki din act really well

2) dun really like the ending coz i was kinda diappointed tat they din progress to tell the story further...

overall, it was really a fabulous show~

although lee minki din act well, chae rim (main actress) and the rest of the actors acting was able to make up for the loss~

really take my hat off for them~

juz in case u r wondering wat is the plot abt:

33 yr old dal ja, sucessful career woman (by chae rim), is waiting all her life for love, which her co-workers believe tat she is damn naive. she started dating one of her co-worker, shin sae do (by ???), believing tat she had finally found her love. Yet to find out tat he's a player. Dal ja, out of shame, decided to "rent" a boyfren, kang tae bong (lee minki), younger than she is, to revenge sae do... The whole story revolve ard dal ja n 3 guys - a player, a married man n a younger guy.

trust me, this drama is damn hilarious~

workload have been increasing to an unimaginable height, until it's affecting my sleep..

187/200 for paper n full marks for oral~

i realised that everyone's not bloggin' animore.
pardon me if u think i m too sensitive.
but i m juz guessing that it is abt certain issues that concerns betwn the equality of "giving & recieving" issue.
or to be clearer - expectation issue.
i'm sure most of the 208 bloggers knows wat i'm toking abt.

i have been holding back my comment on this issue.
everyone in 208 means a lot to me.
n when i say this, i mean it.
i dun wan to choose between an "either-or" option.
but i do hav my tolerance level too.
and i hate to see this kinda tensed up situation.

Firstly, i believed the main factor to achieving a long-lasting relationship is acceptance.
Accepting ur fren for who she is.
Not TOLERATE who she is.
and definitely not EXPECTING her to become who u wan her to be.
and when i say this, i m not standing on either side.

Secondly, disagreements, disappointment, unhappiness, loneliness are all juz part n parcel of frenship.
there's nothing perfect in this world.
even couples quarrel.

thirdly, ask urself how much u value this frenship.
if ur frenz r very dear to u, pls think bef u act.
always put urself in ur fren's POSITION.
consider how she would react to certain phrase or word.
and one more thing, i m really AGAINST "declaring a battle" on blogs and MSN nick.
i think it is putting on a show for everyone to watch.
When u hav a problem, solve it.
not cry to the whole world to get their pity.
coz i'm pretty sure people are not so nice.

somethings are meant to be settled not only by others.
think of how u can play a role as well.

i noe a lot of people are gg to reserve their comments.
but if, there's anione who feels they hav strong opinions abt this issue, u r always free to tok to me on msn.

everyone that knows me, knew that i m a direct person.
it's either i say it or i "swallow" it.

i think i muz be so busy until i m so insensitive to all the surrounding matters.

my grpmate called n asked for meeting date to be changed from this thurs to next mon.
being my free day n bearing in mind tat i hav a quiz on the following wed, i wasn't agreeable to the idea.
i kept persuading them to changed to wed (after the quiz), thinking tat we will be able to do the project in peace after clearing an obstacle (the quiz) and the fact tat i'll be physically in sch tat day.
my persistence paid off.
it's only after a shower, then i realised wat a muddle-head i m.
next wed is valentine's day..

I PASSED MY DRIVING!!!!!!
i noe it's a bit late to announced~
but i really dun have any time to blog till now...
but i still cun drive officially as i dunno how to park...

was quite disappointed wid my jap mid-term...

his father is a car distributor there while he opens his own big scale gym~

she told me tat in brunei, gambling & drinking r ban~
even if u do it in ur fren's house, is illegal~
so they r quite deprive of entertainment~
zun's house has a huge 'secret basement' where they can do all these if they r bored..

thousands & thousands of reading materials to read...
the usual FRS (financial reporting standards), textbooks and some stupid Accountants Code of Ethics...
i wonder how can professionals convert common sense into profound passages...
whereas at hm, i've been watching dramas~
and lotsa them...
eg. it started with a kiss, magic ring, hana yori dango 2, hana kimi...
all in the first 2 weeks of school...

started my news sem with a goal of learning more languages other than jap~
currently taking malay..
wasn't easy after all..
wanted to take korean too~

sth interesting happen in sch~
for a particular modu, students r randomly assigned into grps of 5-6 ppl..
it happened tat tat day during class i was waiting for my 'unknown' team mates to arrive for lesson..
I was toking to my another grpmate,
suddenly, this guy juz came in n start looking for his grp..
I tot he look like zheng yuan chang (the one who acted in it started with a kiss)..
but I dismissed tat thought, thinking tat maybe i watched too much of his drama or sth..
tat guy suddenly saw us, and waved at me..
I tot I muz be dreaming again coz when he smile, he really really look like zheng yuan chang..
then I suddenly recall tat I noe this person...
he's my last sem's grpmate..

although now i still get "hakkiri" (clearly) & "sukkari"(completely) mixed up.. =s

was browsing through crunchyroll to look for new things to watch~
n found tat i have been attempting lousy shows..
then i saw someone uploaded love revolution (the jap drama tat me & joyce once get crazy over in sec 3..)
yah, yah, yah..
so i rewatched the show..
surprisingly, i still find it very good~
nevertheless, i still find "suga-san" (fujiki naohito) super good-looking~
guess tat's the attractiveness of j-drama classics~
good story, good casts and good songs~
the combination of all these touches the audience's heart~
seldom find it in the later j-dramas nowadays...
on the contrary, korea & taiwan dramas seems to be improving pretty much~

feelin' a sense of loss..
coz i send my laptop for repair yesterday..
suspected the fan spoilt..
thus, not wise to continue using unless i wan my hard disk to burn..

exams are starting next thurs..
haven even touch any books yet..

got a B for a project tat my grp worked damn hard on..
was rather pissed bcoz we got B not due to the fact tat we were no good, it was bcoz the tutor condemned us..
n the B written in our project was clearly edited..
the tutor had used red pen to go over it many times, in an effort to conceal an A at the back..

in return, i gave him a lousy rating for his evaluation..

was rather crazy over fujiwara tatsuya after watching death note..
yup, he's the one acting as light.
so difficult to find ani information abt him despite the fact tt he's kinda popular in Japan..

had a relax time on sat wif joyce n man..
death note was great..
although our dinner was filled wif junk food..
sunchips made it all worthwhile~

went back to vivo on sun wid family..
got some earring (as recommended by man) for mum..
the place was as packed as ever..
definitely not recommendable to go during weekends..

to man & joyce: we din go n explore the 3rd floor balcony (exterior environment),
it is far more beautiful than where we sat that nite bef..
there's at least 3 big, nice wadding pools for children..
next time when the outdoor cafe open, it'll be very nice to site there n chill..
and the design of the balcony has manage to create a relaxing atmosphere..
the design of the foodcourt at the third floor was.. SUGOII~
very 60s.. reminiscences ne~

currently watching this korean blockbuster - hwang jin yi..

felt really lonely..
despite being so busy..
wat a contradiction.

coz life's so busy, i hardly had time to do things together with someone else.
always rushing here n there..
walking to class alone..
eating alone..
studying alone..
i guess nowadays, i even "hang out" alone..
really wish tat there's someone to do things together wid so i would not feel so bitter wid loneliness..

small things like going toilet trips together, lying on each others' shoulders lazily after lunch..
things u would do in ur clinques seems so far away..
yet there's a constant strong feelin' of "pls let everyone be close again"..

arashi had postponed their thailand concert due to the coup..

yesterday had a french role play test..
only 15min to prepare a dialouge, memorise them by hard n act it out naturally..
acting out was not difficult for me..
after all my training for business communication, i'm quite seasoned (although not very) in front of a grp of audiences..
the prob is wif the french dialouge..
how do u act naturally like a frenchie who noes french all her life while ur brain is trying damn hard to recall the written planned dialouge?!
somemore my tutor had given me the worst situation..
I, a director of a french company, is supposed to interviewed a potential job seeker (my partner)..
with my limited french vocabs and lousy articulation, i was praying so hard tat he understand wat i'm saying..
dun even dare to ask for my result after class..

have fallen sick today..
muz be the terrible haze, my lack of sleep during chin's chalet n the super low temperature of the aircon set by jane..
really cannot make it if i lack of sleep..
was freezing when i woke up at 5.50am this morning.. went back to sleep again coz was too tired..
was finally awake at 7.45am coz i kept sneezing non-stop due to the freezing temperature..

the haze was really terribe..
PSI has risen from 130 at 10am to 150 at 9pm..
jun, perhaps u can imagine the visibility n the smell of the air in sg now..
this was the highest pollution level in the last 9 yrs..
the previous hit being 261 in 1997..

din even have time to breath for the past 3 weeks..
sunday's still project day tat kind..

din even hav time to meet frenz for lunch most of the time..
lunch time r either occupied by discussions by team mates or attempts to try finish my individual assignments before i get home..
most of the time i juz skipped my lunch..
juz thinking abt the infinite project meetings n individual workloads, i juz dun hav the appetite..
probably tat's when the gastric started..
late nights n early mornings..
almost everyday..
really feel tat i'm gonna die of tireness..
there was once i finally had the time to had lunch wid my frenz, my head juz hit the table n i fell straight asleep..
during this period, even if it's taking a wink for 5 min, i'll feel so "xin fu"~
always find myself dragging my feet to lessons n after sch lessons like driving n jap tuition..
my frenz claimed tat i m learning too many things at a time..
maybe ba..
now tat it seems..
tot 2 core modu will be relaxing..
wu noes it'll be 2 "killer" modu..

the feeling of hating my handphone..

5) revise jap as i've forgotten 60% of the stuff n new lessons r becoming harder
i guess i really NEED a miracle..

my frenz said a busy schedule is good as we will become more efficient n will feel a sense of achievement when we looked back at the no. of things we'd completed..
i, on the other hand, will already feel a sense of great achievement juz by looking back to see how many semesters i'd survived in nanyang business sch..

went out to eat at sakae sushi wid my family yesterday..
sakae sushi had a brand new vegetarian menu..

went to natsu matsuri yesterday~
tot tat i wun be able to go this yr~
coz cannot get any tix~
but on fri, my sensei suddenly caught me at a corner n secretly shove me a tix~
嬉しい！！ (happy!!)

as this yr's natsu matsuri is only available for members~
compared to last yr, this yr wasn't too crowded~
it was juz nice~
especially the queue for food n games~
they hole the festival at the Japanese Primary School - Clementi Campus- 's yakyu pitch(baseball field)~
so my slippers was all dirty when i got back to changed~

this yr, i went early so tat i get a chance to choose the yukata tat i like~
but, like i said, coz most were members, they have their own yukata, so even those who came late (like my frenz), they, too, got to choose wat to wear~

i was starving when all of us were ready to enter the carnival area~
my frenz had sakana bento n pork pizza (forgot wat izzit called in jap), while i had, zaru soba n croquette~
おいしいですよ～ (oishii~)
later, i went to buy the jap meiji ice cream~
it's really as nice as last yr's~
really dunno any other place tat sells jap meiji ice cream besides the natsu matsuri~
i followed my frenz to play the games~
i din play this yr coz i already played last yr n main reason was bcoz the games r not cheap~
each game cozt 1.50 bucks~

then, we went to do the folk dance~
everyone form circles around the stage n dance together~
u can join n leave anitime~
we danced to the last dance~
not forgeting our photo-taking too~

later we went to buy meiji pdt~
it's really cheap~
it's a bundle consiting of chocolates, sweets n biscuits - for only 2 bucks~
u noe normal super market sell on chocolate bar already 1.80 bucks~
my fren bought 4 bundles!!

we went back to the changing room with the initial plan of returning our yukatas~
demo~ (but~)
the things in the classroom were really too kawaii to ignore~
we started our fanatic photo-taking sessions~
it's more fun than taking neo-prints!!

went into class today n the tutor immediately greeted me n asked me, "ça va?"
i dun even noe wat's tt..
juz kept shaking my head like an idiot~
shld had reacted faster n told him, " je ne suis pas", which mean "i dunno"~
sounds weird but at least it's an ans!
later found out it meant "how do u feel?"

i always hav the habit of doing my work in the mrt~
today, i was doing my french tutorial in the mrt~
i din even realised there's this foreigner sitting rite beside me~
guess i was too focus on those tough qns~
there's one qn tat i dunno how to do n as usual i circled it~
all of a sudden, the "ang mo" beside me (whom i juz realised after he spoke) asked me whether i need help wid tat qn i circled..
i was very surprised~
he helped me wid the qn~
n his french was excellent!
strongly suspect tat he's a french~
after tt, i went on to the next set of qns~
i realised he kept staring at my ans~
felt really super stress~
coz i do french very very slowly~
luckily he got off at bugis~

damn scary~
i think the instructor even more scare than me~

instead of those snail-like moving vehicle driven by the usual beginners, my car move at the speed of light~
haha.
tat's a bit too exaggerating~
the instructor at the side kept telling me to control my speed~
n i absolutely hav no idea how to apply the brake properly~
we went on to the circuit trial later~
my car was always out of the lane, no matter i move straight or turn right~
there's a lot of "L" plate cars then~
everytime i saw a car in front of me, i'll juz scream to him, "got car! got car!"..
n not to mention the "super" speed i'm driving at~
the car always jerk stop~

i think the poor instructor was very much tortured by me~

Bad news gal~
yesterday juz heard from fren tat this the natsu festival is not open to public~
i have no idea how they define their "public"..
